ST. LOUIS - Emergency crews are responding to a south St. Louis City business break-in Tuesday morning. Our Nissan Rogue Runner reporter, Nic Lopez, captured footage of the scene located at 'Hammerstone's'on 9th and Russell,' where workers are currently cleaning the broken glass that would be burglars caused from the front door. Metro East rapper Mudd Bughatti killed in Stan Musial Bridge shooting The manager shared that the thieves didn't get away with anyhting, as they fled with empty cash drawers. LOUIS - The man accused of hurting a FOX 2 news photographer during a Fox Files report is due in court Tuesday.Earl Longmeyer of Jennings will respond to a misdemeanor charge of operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner. The Fox Files were in Hillsdale investigating why the village threatened to tow away some cars. ST. LOUIS - The Missouri Supreme Court declines to hear Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft's appeal about the wording of an abortion ballot issue. Two weeks ago, a circuit judge ruled. Ashcroft's wording on the issue was politically partisan. He called abortions "dangerous." Missouri soldier awarded medal for saving drowning family A lower court rewrote the ballot issue. Ashcroft appealed to the Missouri Supreme Court, which refused to get involved.The issue now asks voters if they want to amend the constitution to "establish a right to make decisions about reproductive health care." Two officers in pursuit of a vehicle in Fullerton were injured in a crash on the northbound 57 Freeway early Tuesday morning.The two Los Angeles Police Department officers were involved in the pursuit of a white sedan that started shortly before midnight when they were eventually involved in a collision on the freeway just north of Yorba Linda Boulevard. Two officers were injured in a crash in Fullerton on Nov. 21, 2023. (OnScene.TV)Witnesses said one officer was bleeding from the head and another was unconscious after the crash. Video showed an ambulance leaving the scene. The officers were taken to UCI Medical Center. Police have not confirmed the extent of the officers' injuries. A former Los Angeles area Taco Bell employee is suing the company and a franchise owner after she claims a Christmas party at the fast-food restaurant descended into a drunken mess that included open sex. Alana Bechiom filed her lawsuit last week in Los Angeles Superior Court.In the suit, she alleges that her supervisor invited her to the Dec. 18, 2022, party at the San Pedro Taco Bell at which she worked.
